Overview
Cancellation & Refund Policy
At The Little Art Shed Studio, we understand that plans can change. As places on our sessions are limited and materials are often prepared in advance, our cancellation policy helps us to continue providing high-quality creative experiences for everyone.
Customer Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
- 14 days or more before the session or event: You are entitled to a full refund or may choose to transfer your booking to another available session.
- 7–13 days before the session or event: You will receive a 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the session or event: Unfortunately, refunds cannot be offered unless we are able to fill your place from a waiting list. If we can fill your place, a full refund (minus any booking fees where applicable) will be issued.
Refunds will always be made to the original payment method and are normally processed within 5–10 working days, although your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the payment.
Holiday Camps
Holiday camps are planned well in advance with staffing and materials based on bookings. The cancellation policy above also applies to all holiday camps.
If your child is unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds cannot be guaranteed, we will always try to offer an alternative session where space is available.
Transfers
Where availability allows, bookings may be transferred to another session or event if sufficient notice is given. Transfers are at the discretion of The Little Art Shed Studio and cannot always be guaranteed.
If you are unable to attend, you may also transfer your place to a friend or family member. Please notify us in advance with the new attendee's details.
Cancellation by The Little Art Shed Studio
If we need to cancel or postpone a class, workshop, camp or event due to unforeseen circumstances, low attendance or reasons beyond our control, you will be offered the choice of:
- A full refund; or
- A transfer to another available date.
We cannot accept responsibility for any additional costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation.
Non-Attendance
If you do not attend your booked session without notifying us beforehand, no refund or transfer will be available.
Behaviour
We strive to provide a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants. We reserve the right to refuse admission or ask a participant to leave if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or abusive. In these circumstances, no refund will be issued.
